Bespoke Craftsmanship: Please allow 1 to 3 working days for our manufacturing facility to personalize, quality-check, and securely pack your order.

Peak Periods: During periods of exceptional demand or seasonal holidays, this production window may expand slightly. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your piece is flawless.
2. Transit & Delivery Estimates
Once your bespoke piece passes final inspection, it is immediately handed to our elite courier partners.

Standard Delivery: Typically 2 to 5 working days to a UK address.

Tracking Your Investment: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a premium tracking link so you can follow your journey in real time.
3. Delays & Courier Performance
While we only partner with reputable courier networks to ensure swift delivery, transit times are estimates provided directly by the carriers.

We are not financially liable for unexpected transit delays caused by courier disruptions, peak seasonal volumes, or adverse weather conditions.

If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 working days post-dispatch, please contact us through the contact field on our website, and we will open a priority investigation on your behalf.
4. Wrong Address Policy
Please review your shipping details with absolute care at checkout. We are unable to amend shipping addresses once production has begun. We are not responsible for lost packages or redelivery fees if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of purchase.
