1. Bespoke & Personalized Orders

By placing an order for any item within our premium luggage and lifestyle collections, you acknowledge and agree that production, tailoring, and custom craftsmanship commence immediately upon order submission.

  • No Modifications: Due to the automated, swift nature of our bespoke creation process, orders cannot be modified, amended, or canceled once placed.

  • Content Restrictions: We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to reject and cancel any order containing personalization requests, text, or imagery that we deem offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.

2. Limitation of Liability & Shipping Disclaimer

While we partner with elite manufacturing facilities to guarantee rapid personalization and immediate dispatch, all stated delivery timelines are good-faith estimates provided by external, third-party courier networks.

  • Courier Delays: We are not legally or financially liable for any delivery delays caused by courier disruptions, peak seasonal volume, customs processing, adverse weather, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

  • Consequential Loss: Under no circumstances shall our brand be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages—including, but not limited to, missed flights, travel disruptions, vacation cancellations, or emotional distress—arising from a delayed delivery. Our maximum financial liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item ordered.

3. Customer-Supplied Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all spelling, initials, custom text, and delivery addresses entered at checkout are completely accurate. We are not liable for replacements or refunds if an item is printed exactly as submitted or if a package is misdelivered due to incorrect address data provided by the buyer.
